Question
Im 16 years old and i was diagnosed with juvenile erosive knee arthritis, and i would like to lose some weight, but my doctor said that walking is good but not for long periods, and he said running is out of the question. i would love to do water aerobics but my mom doesnt have enough money for the classes. now what does that leave me with? any suggestions?
Answer
Do you have a community pool in your area? Or a YMCA/YWCA with a pool? Memberships to those places don't cost too much, and since you're under 18, I'm sure you can get a cheaper rate. Permalink:
